MRX Innovations was founded in 2019 by Dr. Marcus Reid, a neurosurgeon who had spent two decades watching preventable errors occur because surgeons couldn't see what they needed to see, when they needed to see it.
The founding insight was simple: the most powerful diagnostic and surgical tool ever created is the human brain — and AI and XR are the instruments that extend its reach. MRX was built to make that extension real.
Today, MRX operates across 120+ clinical partner sites, has filed 47 patents, and is actively engaged with the FDA, CE, and WHO on the regulatory frameworks that will govern the next generation of AI-assisted medicine.
